2 fun weekends!!

Man I live for my weekends!!! I've had 2 really great weekends in a row!!

Last weekend..my mommy came to visit!!! we did lots of wedding planning and did dress shopping for the wedding for her and gma!!

we had a mockup flower appointment at the wedding florist..

we went to the mall last sunday with gma and we found them each a dress for the wedding!! yay!! they are going to look so pretty!! mom tried on about 100 dresses and we finally found the one!!

Gabe turned 1 last week!! I used to babysit for him and it was so great to see him..he is getting sooo busy and he is extra squishy!I got him a lion toy that he liked!

This weekend was memorial day!!! Yay for a 3 day weekend..a much needed break form work too! Friday nite I got together with friends and went out to eat.

Satuday..me and korby had a pampering day! We went shopping, got our nails done and went out to lunch.

Then later that night i headed to Roswell to visit the birthday girl mandi and take her out for her bday!

We went out to eat and saw the movie "bridesmaids"

it was fun to hang out with her but the movie was disappointing..i thought it was more gross than anything..Something Borrowed is WAY better!!

Yesterday my godmother came to visit!! It was sooo good to see her and visit with her! We went out to lunch and then I showed her where we are getting married. Then she came over to see our apt and meet our sweet shi shi. When ry got home we went out to dinner and had a nice visit! It was great to see her!!

Today..korby and her mom invited to me to zumba class! it was fun..and a good workout..then we went out to lunch and I came home to take a nap..then I went grocery shopping and had dinner with ry...

it was a great weekend!!! next weekend is busy too! can't wait for it!!

Korby and Barron adopted a new puppy from Mostly Mutts (the same company we got ShiShi)

So excited for all the happy fun changes for all of our friends!! me and Ry are sooo lucky to have such great friends that we get to share these memories with!!

so last weekend-I headed to Heidi and Matts new home to help with moving in and bring them a few surprises! I made them these yummy GLUTEN FREE move in day cupcakes!!

They loved them!! I love their new house!! I can't wait to see it all finished!! I was lucky enough to be the friend to witness it being built from scratch! yay!

Me and mandi went and saw this movie:

AMAZING movie!! Seriously-prob one of the best chick flicks I have seen in a long time..I LOVED LOVED LOVED it! I haven't read the book-but alicia is letting me borrow all the books and have just started it! Most people read the books then see the movies..but I like to do it the other way around.

Last friday me and korby went to the ladies nite at the braves game! we went last year and got free hats and feather boas with our tickets! Same thing this year except different hats and the boas were pink this time instead of red..

the game was on friday and they had friday night fireworks..that were awesome!

and I got FRIED OREOS at the game..YUM!

I let Shi try on my feather boa too!

Saturday-Mostly Mutts was at Petsmart and Korby and Barron just wanted to go "look" at the puppies...well they ended up getting one! haha..I warned them..we went just to "look" and came home with our shi baby! It was fun though! The people who work for Mostly Mutts were thrilled as aways to see Shiloh! They always remember her and she always remembers them!

Korby and Barron adopted a sweet puppy named Josie..She is 5 months old and a pit bull mix.

She came to mostly mutts with mange and a bad case of cherry eyes..

Mostly Mutts is an amazing organization and once I am married and done wedding planning- I would love to plan my weekends with volunterring with them! They are such sweet people and the things they do for these animals are amazing!

What a great 2 weekends!!! SUPER EXCITED for next weekend!! Mommy is coming!!! We are wedding planning and shopping for that perfect Mother of the Bride dress!! I can't wait!!!

Erin's Wedding weekends

what a fun 2 weekends in a row we had!! 2 weekends ago, we celebrated erin's last night as a single gal! It was soooo much fun! During the day, we headed to fayetteville, and erin had a bridal luncheon with all of us! it was yummy food and we got some pretty awesome gifts!

Then me, korby, and alicia headed to atlanta to check into the hotel. This was a surprise for erin. We decorated the room and set up for a fun nite! all the girls arrived, including erin and we started to get ready...we went out to eat at Shout, came back to the hotel to play games, open presents and then went out to dance! It was such a great night and I think Erin had a night to remember her last single girl night! The next morning we woke up, checked out of our hotel and went and ate breakfast! It was such a wonderful weekend with some of my favorites!! Can't wait for mine:-)

we played a funny game..So..erin looked like this the whole night..a bright PINK sash that says "BRIDE TO BE" on it with tiara and VIEL! and people kept coming up to her and saying "are you getting married?" DUH "is it your birthday?" NO "are you prom queen?" hahahaha we started to count all the dumb people!

THE WEDDING!!

This was such a BEAUTIFUL SWEET wedding!! and SUCH FUN!!! We spent the day getting pampered with our hair and makeup and then headed to the venue for pictures! Erin was calm the whole time..and she looked sooooo beautiful!!! I'm soooo happy for her and tommy..I'm so close with both of them..and love them like they are my brother and sister...they have been together for 10 years! and still love each other as much as the first day they met..and you can tell..they are such a lovely couple! I cried.haha..I was emotional that day..I usually don't cry at weddings but I'll admit..I defintely had the tears coming when I saw her walking down the aisle with her parents..prob just as much as when I was there to witness Tommy propose to erin (I bawled) I'm so happy for them!! Congrats to Mr & Mrs. Duckett! FINALLY! haha
