a wonderful Easter

How was your Easter? Mine was quite wonderful..I missed my family alot..but I still got to spend time with other family, Gma and Gpa (and scruffy) It was a beautiful day and gma cooked a wonderful easter lunch!

The only thing that would have made this Easter better was if Ry didn't have to work and mom, dad and brother could have been there too! But I got to skype with mom, dad, brother, brucey and toby so in a way I did get to see them..and Ry ended up getting off work early so when I got home we cuddled on the couch with our pup and watched a movie! Happy Easter!

I saw this movie friday!!

Such a great movie!! There are definitly some hard parts to watch that will make you cry..if you love animals like I do...but it was still such a great movie! I would recommend it to anyone!

It made me want an elephant..or want to go to a circus..or go to a zoo..or live back in the olden days..

go see it! I wanna see it again!

underwear eater

Culprit:

so i got a funny story..well not really..mostly gross and embarrassing but I still thought I would share..

so yesterday after work..me and ry ate dinner and he went off to softball and I went to the gym..I was only gone about 1 hour MAX. So i got back from the gym and shi greeted me like normal..I started playing with her and we were having fun until she all of a sudden ran away into the bedroom.  ok whatever..she gets bored easily and i thought she was just over it..

then she came out of the bedroom all happy and wagging her tail with my UNDERWEAR in her mouth! MORTIFIED..i told her to give it to me and then realized that she had ripped them..JERK..so i then yelled at her and went to find out where she got these..

she went in our closet..knocked over my hamper and spread out all my clothes all over the closet floor..

it gets better..she chewed up 5 pairs of my underwear! and thats it..not the shirts or pants or thank god the bras! I was so mad at her..but this is the first BAD thing she has done..I yelled at her but thats it..

I called ry and what did he do? LAUGHED!

geez....needless to say..I'm going underwear shopping this weekend.

wedding shower fun

This weekend was tommy and erin's couple wedding shower!!! Ry wasn't able to come because of work so korby was my date! we had alot of fun!

I'm getting really excited about their wedding! less than 3 weeks away! crazy how time flies..it feels like just yesterday tommy asked me to photograph his proposal to erin! actually it will be a year ago next weekend! yay! So happy and excited for these two! can't wait for May 6th!

the rest of the weekend was spent relaxing, doing some chores, cuddling my pup, getting together with friends, hanging with my love and scrapping!

me and amanda made a "last minute" trip to scrap at archivers today and I got caught up a little bit with my engagement scrapbook! it was fun to visit with her and work on my book! it's pretty much full..and my wedding showers havn't started yet! haha

weekend update

We had such a GREAT weekend last weekend!! Ry had the WHOLE weekend off which hardely ever happens! It was great to spend the whole weekend with him and my pup!! We got together with friends and had a great time!! We also celebrated a few little anniversarys!

~1 year of living together

~ Ry has been at his work for 1 year! (so proud of him)

and ~ it's been almost 1 year of my family being gone..

It was been one CRAZY year but so awesome!! I didn't know how it was going to be living with a boy and then also my family being gone..but WE DID IT! I'm so proud of us..it's been hard having them gone but im grateful for all the many visits and skypes and phone calls we have been able to stay in touch!

1 year down!! MANY MORE TO GO!!!!!!!!

so as for the weekend..friday night we went out to eat after work with friends to steak and shake because they have this..

except I got it with CHOCOLATE ice cream and EXTRA CHERRIES!! wow was it good!!

saturday morning-we woke up and had breakfast and later in the day went over to see meggie and chris's new house and had a cookout!! Their house is soooo cute!! It is sooo them..AND they have a trampoline in their yard!! our double date turned into a group thing and we got to see some friends from college that we haven't seen in a while! it was such a great visit! We took shiloh with us so that she could hang out with us and meet roxy! We ATTEMPTED to see how she would do without the leash but..she gave me a scare and got put back on the chain..so sorry for her..

after our cookout of yummy burgers and hotdogs we went bowling with the group!! Guys against girls!! it was so much fun!!!

Sunday-we hung out for a little bit around the apt, then me and korby went shopping!! this is something I haven't done in a while.and it was FUN!! we got some good deals and i got some new outfits for all the fun things coming up with the wedding! I also bought this..

haha and theres the spoiled dog right there..haha shes a rotten girl but soooo sweet!! i love love love our sweet baby!! couldn't have asked for a better first dog!!!

then me and korby met up with our boys after shopping and ordered pizza..a great end to a great weekend!!!

so when I was out of town a couple of weeks ago..there were apparently some BAD storms here in GA! One of the storm nights Ry had to quick run into work and when he came home..Shi was "army crawling" and had a bloddy nose...he has no idea what she got into but she was fine..she scrapped it on something..probably freaking out about the storm and that she was alone..I felt so bad I wasn't home..

anyway..shes fine..dosn't hurt or anything..the scab just fell off so now she has the pitiful pink spot on her nose..my poor baby..

Sunday I had a engagement photo shoot! It was for one of my old college friends ashley. She lived in the same dorm as me freshman year at westga! She just got engaged and is getting married in June! It was great to see her again-I haven't seen her in a LONG time..and her fiance Rob was very sweet and a jokester for sure..they seem very much in love! weekend update

how was your weekend?! ours was FUN!

Ry had saturday off..which hardly ever happens!

so we started the day off right with some friends at breakfast to IHOP..yum!

then we went and REGISTERED at MACYS!!! YAY!

We are offically REGISTERED! DONE!

it was so fun...but we had covered so much at BB&B that it was hard to choose things here..so we registered for some nice luggage for the honeymoon and I of course registered for some nice martha stewart stuff! it was fun!!

playing catch up...

last week/weekend I went on a little trip to Chicago to visit the family.I've missed them so bad and i just needed a break from work..It was such a nice visit! I got to visit with mom, dad, brother, both the pups, linnea, uncle timmy and also saw some family at my cousins baby shower! i pigged out on all the chicago food and had a great visit!
